# External Contacts 

### **1. Is there a limit to the number of External Contacts we may connect to the Agent Workspace?**

No, there is no such limit in the Agent Workspace.

### **2. I connected External Contacts to the Agent Workspace but they are not displayed in the search results. How to fix this?**

**1.** Enter the **General Settings** module.

**2.** Verify that the button **Automatically Receive Incoming Mail to Inbox** is active.
