1. I'm getting 403 forbidden error on the UI, why?

403 Error – IP Address Blocked

A 403 error in the system interface indicates that the IP address used to access the system has been blocked.

Possible reasons include:

  • The access attempt was made from an IP address that is not authorized in the Privacy & Security module.
  • If no IP restriction is defined, the IP address may have been blocked at the security level due to unusual activity or suspected unauthorized access (for example, multiple requests from the same IP).

To help us resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit: https://www.whatsmyip.org
  2. Send us the IP address displayed on that page.
  3. Once we receive your IP address, we will:
  • Verify whether it appears in the allowed list in the Privacy & Security module.
    • If the list is not empty, you will need to add the IP address there.
    • If the list is empty, this means there are no IP restrictions in the system, and we will check if the IP address was blocked at the security level.

If you confirm that this is your IP address, we will open a request with our security team to remove the block (whitelist the address).

2. What does this mean: 131026 - Receiver is incapable of r...?

The displayed error code indicates that the message could not be delivered to the end customer. This is a relatively common occurrence and may happen for several reasons, including:

  • The recipient has blocked the number from which the message was sent.
  • The recipient is using an outdated version of WhatsApp.
  • META has blocked the use of MARKETING-type templates.

Note that message delivery on the recipient’s side is beyond our control. For security and privacy reasons, META does not disclose the exact reason why a specific message was blocked.
