1. Notifications are not being received about new messages within the system. Why?
While using the system, notifications of new messages from customers are not being received.
In order to solve this, first verify within the CB Agent Workspace that the notifications are activated by entering the User Settings on the upper-right hand corner (the location of the user status). From there, select General, notifications for the Agent Workspace, and alarms, and activate them (if they are turned off). Verify that the computer's sound is on and not on mute.
