Overview

This module archives and permanently deletes inactive and deleted conversations. Setting at the module level should reflect the general policy of the organization. Each communication channel has maintenance settings that can override the module settings for that specific channel.   

Settings

1. Navigate to Settings and select the Maintenance module in the Settings & Tools section.
2. Enter the number of days for each section and click Save at the bottom of the screen.

Channel Settings

Each of the communication channels can override some of the module’s settings.

Set the setting and click Save at the bottom of the screen.
