Using this feature, we can reroute deleted or inactive calls optimally.

To access the Maintenance feature, we will enter CommBox’s system settings by clicking on the Settings icon in the lower left-hand of the Agent Workspace, then locate the blue icon labelled under Settings and Features.

Settings

This section will define the number of days an open status application will go to archive status (You can find display management of filters under Modules → General Settings → Conversations).

  • The number of days without activity for permanently deleting deleted status requests - determines the time limit from setting the 'deleted' status on an object to deleting the permanent request.
  • The number of days without activity to transfer an application to archive status - determines the length of time past which an inactive conversation will be transferred to archival status. You can access the conversation through the 'Archive' in the main menu.
  • The number of days without activity to transfer an application in automatic status to the archive - determines the time limit past which an inactive conversation in automatic status will be moved to the archive.
