We received an “Action Required: Cloud Migration for Custom BI Dashboards” email. What do we need to whitelist?
As part of the migration to Tableau Cloud, your IT or security team must allow outbound HTTPS traffic from your network to the Tableau Cloud environment hosting your Custom BI Dashboards.
Add the following IP range to your allowlist:
IP range: 145.224.208.0/23
Port: 443 (HTTPS)
Tableau Cloud Pod: dub01
Region: eu-central-1 (Hyperforce)
No inbound access to your organization's network, databases, servers, or other internal systems is required.
If your organization accesses Tableau Cloud through a third-party network service, such as a proxy, Secure Web Gateway, or managed IT provider, make sure the IP range is also allowlisted by that provider.
