1. Is there a limit to the number of External Contacts we may connect to the Agent Workspace?

No, there is no such limit in the Agent Workspace.

2. I connected External Contacts to the Agent Workspace but they are not displayed in the search results. How to fix this?

1. Enter the General Settings module.

2. Verify that the button Automatically Receive Incoming Mail to Inbox is active.
