New – CommBox Support Portal
Management
Users with Admin permissions can now access our new Support Portal to view the status of tickets opened by their brand and gain transparency about how their support issues and concerns are handled.
The display includes the ticket’s topic, reporting agent’s email, opening date, last update made, and status.
The Support Tickets portal is in the Settings page's sidebar and is only visible to users with Admin permissions.
Enhancement – Read Receipts Reflected in Campaign Reports
Campaigns
Campaign reports will now include two new indications of Read and Received in the customer status reporting. These latest enhancements to the campaign reporting provide deeper insights into customer engagement.
Received: The number of customers who have received the campaign message.
Read: The number of customers who have read the campaign message.
