API  Customers' Requested Feature

New – Updating Customer Spam Listing via API


Developers can now add customers to a spam list, blocking selected communication channels from those users and enabling external systems to manage user blocking more efficiently.

Google Analytics

Enhancement – Upgrading to Google Analytics 4 (GA4)


Support managers can now make better data-driven decisions using Google Analytics 4 to analyze chat interactions with customers. This enables them to accurately measure team performance, identify training needs, and optimize workflows, resulting in consistent service quality and faster resolution times for customer issues.

Enhancement – Upgrading the Default Color Theme


As we changed our default theme, agents who never changed their color theme will now have their screens display the light theme. To select a theme, click on the agent’s thumbnail icon, navigate to User Settings > General, and select your desired Theme. Agents wishing to revert to the old settings can select the CommBox Purple theme.
