The next generation of AI agents operates independently using a dedicated knowledge base, defined instructions, specialized tools and capabilities, and a configured persona to deliver advanced, accurate, context-aware responses and services.

A traditional, workflow-driven chatbot that follows predefined, deterministic conversation paths, uses AI for intent detection, retrieves answers from a knowledge base via RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and generates responses within a structured flow.
It does not make free-form decisions. Instead, it recognizes intent, routes the conversation through fixed paths, and responds using retrieved knowledge in a controlled and predictable manner. The core idea is a structured, flow-based system with AI-assisted retrieval, rather than flexible reasoning or tool orchestration.
