New – Editing WhatsApp Templates

WhatsApp Templates

Admins and users with proper permissions can now edit WhatsApp templates without starting from scratch, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and branding across all communications, and avoiding introducing errors. This approach saves time by preserving effective elements, such as call-to-action phrases, and extends the template’s lifespan to enable ongoing performance analysis.

New – Leads from Facebook Posts

CommBox now enables you to create promotional posts on Facebook that initiate automatic Messenger conversations when customers respond with specific keywords. This powerful feature enables you to capture hot leads from post replies by connecting a bot to Messenger, which can collect contact information and seamlessly integrate it into your CRM/ERP system.

New – Flow Builder Redesign

Flow builder

We added capabilities to the Flow Builder’s canvas that make maneuvering and interacting with your flow easier. The rendering logic minimizes the need for horizontal scrolling or exiting the Flow Builder. It also lets you view more high-level components of the flow, making the overall process more intuitive.

• Hovering over a step lets users gain a quick peek into its content or properties, which can ease their search and review processes.
  

• Long branches are now split in the following line to enable viewing additional steps and limit the need to move around the flow.
  

• Secondary branches can fold away to help concentrate on the general aspects of the flow.
  

• To save additional canvas “real estate,” the step size now conforms to the title’s length, enabling the designer to see more steps at any time.
  

• When hovering over a step, a right-click on the mouse opens relevant menu options, enabling easy editing and improvement of the flow.
  

• As an added convenience, Flow designers can now create a new tag or a tag group directly in the steps without exiting the Flow builder.
  

• We improved the Text editor bar to improve editing and design.
